Our Artistic Journey and Values
Founded in 2010 in Nice, France, Regard Indépendant has grown from a small local group into a recognized organization supporting independent filmmakers and cinephiles. Over the years, it has organized numerous film festivals, educational programs, and artistic events that have gained national recognition.
